## What Neuralway is

Neuralway Technologies Private Limited is a product studio in Bengaluru, India,
working worldwide. Founded 29 March 2024. Cutting-edge AI execution, human
strategy.

We sell one thing: a fixed-price build. One custom SaaS product or one
production AI system, shipped fast to production. The client keeps the source
under a perpetual licence. New work stands up in a cloud account the client
controls. We do not bill hours.

## What a build delivers

- One production system. Not a prototype, not a deck.
- Source code in the client's repository, perpetual licence.
- Infrastructure in an account the client controls; the client pays the cloud
  provider directly, Neuralway invoices the build.
- Production hardening: auth, permissions, failure modes, audit trails.
- A handoff the client can run without us.

AI is our internal factory: it drafts the first seventy percent of a system.
The last thirty percent, the part that makes it production, is why clients
hire us. Neither part is billed as hours.

## Client systems, still running

- **TreeMonks (by Tyndis)**: Offsites OS. A CRM plus agents behind human
  approval gates. The team runs its day inside it.
- **Ideal Job Space (Germany)**: a working recruitment platform. Candidate
  and employer flows, matching, admin tooling.
- **Abhyaas Educational Trust (Bengaluru)**: a parent portal. Progress,
  attendance, fees, daily activity logs, teacher communication.

## How an engagement starts

One working session: one operator, one workflow, one outcome. We tell you in
